    • Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation.
    • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured, we work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
  2. Shipping Methods and Rates:

    • We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process.
  3. Delivery Time:

    • Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
    • Estimated times for processing and shipping is 2-3.5 weeks but can sometimes be earlier. If it takes longer than 3.5 weeks, we will try to notify you and include freebies with your order.
  4. International Shipping:

    • We happily ship internationally! However, please note that delivery times may be longer for international orders due to customs processing.
    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs department.
  5. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (unlesss you are only ordering stickers - currently we do not have tracking for "sticker only" orders but will be changing all orders to tracking-only shipping in the near future)
    • You can track your order's progress by entering the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or issues with delivery.
    • We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
  8. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
